Characteristic with its roots as a Portuguese varietal, it blends crisp pleasing acidity with a splash of fruit displaying its California home. White grapefruit and lemongrass deliver a pleasing edge with a slight mineral finish. Pairs exceptionally well with seafood, bright salads, and raw sheep cheeses.
